This candy arrives in our store in bulk quantities and is packed for your order when we receive the order. We package small quantities of this candy in cellophane bags that are heat-sealed. We then seal and bag again for product safety and include an ingredients label. Products are then boxed and shipped. Larger quantities are double bagged for safety and an ingredients label is included. It is then boxed and sealed for shipment.

Shipping: We always try to ship within 24 business hours. We ship by USPS Priority Mail which is a 2 to 3 day delivery option.

Candy is good and fresh--but in the last shipment 3 of the outer plastic bags the product was wrapped were torn open in shipping but not exposing product--I also feel shipping costs are way too high just to the next state over--cost almost as much as the product -But I do appreciate the extras you sent! Response: I'm so glad the double bagging protected your product. We do always go that extra mile so that even rough handling won't spoil the product. We must have used a regional box which we do if we can to lower shipping costs as you say you received extra. That extra represents the shipping cost savings. I'm sorry you feel shipping was too high. We do not inflate the cost of the candy over what our walk in customers pay and therefore have to charge what shipping costs. We can only charge a flat rate price and then once we see if we can lower the cost using Regional shipping costs, add product so you get full value for your money. Unfortunately shipping companies do not charge us postage according to what the product inside costs. Perhaps you could work with shipping companies to get everyone a discount on shipping for lower cost items. Thank you for your purchase, Pam
