This product is Manufactured by Zachary Confections, Inc. of Frankfort, IN.  Zachary includes Honey in the ingredients. I don't know if it is just that, but Zachary's Mellocreme has a nice creamy, rather than just a sugary, flavor.  In 2005, Zachary candy corn won Best Taste Award from The American Culinary Chefs Best group.
