We will try to satisfy your flavor request, but if we do not have the flavor you ask for we will substitute a different flavor.
Candy which could melt should not be ordered if your local temperatures are over 71 degrees during the daytime. We will add a small ice pack when we think it is necessary, but that will only keep your items cool for a few hours. Please do not order chocolate or other soft candies when temperatures are above 71 degrees at the highest. Thank you. We cannot guarantee candy from melting in a hot mail truck in the sun or on your porch.

Shipping: We always try to ship within 24 business hours. We ship by USPS Priority Mail which is a 2 to 3 day delivery option.
We are licensed and inspected by the Lucas County Health Department and the Department of Agriculture and use a licensed exterminator, so you can rest assured your product is prepared and stored in a sanitary, and well maintained facility.
